We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking, as DAVID ELMAN is not responsible for any items lost in the post. The customer must cover return postage costs for 'change of mind reasons'. Purchases must be returned in their original box and packaging.
A receipt is required for proof of purchase on return transactions. Within a store, we are happy to provide an exchange or gift voucher if you have changed your mind on items that are unworn and in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted on any faulty merchandise within a reasonable timeframe. Items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. Upon accepting the fault of the product, we firstly have the option to repair the faulty item or replace it for the same product in the same size at our discretion. If we cannot repair or fulfill with a replacement, we will gladly process a full refund.
Please note we are unable to offer an exchange service for online orders. If you wish to exchange an item, please return your unwanted item including return form to receive a full refund. To receive your new items faster, simply place a new order.
