DAVID ELMAN LAYBY POLICY
We do not currently have the functionality to process laybys online, however please see our in-store layby policy below.
The minimum deposit required on a layby is 25% of the total purchase
Laybys will be held for up to 8 weeks from the date of your invoice. 50% of the price must be paid within one month of opening your layby account.
Laybys are held at the price as invoiced. Any later fluctuations, up or down, will not affect the outstanding layby balance.
Layby payments may only be made at the branch where the goods are held.
If the sale is cancelled, the item will be returned to stock. You will be entitled to a refund of the total amount you have paid (initial deposit plus any further payments), less a $20 cancellation fee.
If there has been any decrease in the retail value of the item by the cancellation date, this amount will also be deducted from any refund entitlement.
